Capítulo 36: Chapter 36: Also an Orphan

Once Alex was done bandaging her wounds, the two had decided to clean up and arrange the furnitures and other stuffs that were flung all over the place. Since sales didn't went well the other day, Stacy had decided to give her workers a free day off, so it was only Alex and her in the restaurant throughout the day.

"You know, I appreciate your coming here. I somehow don't feel lonely with you around." Stacy said as she moved over to place some dishes into the dishwasher.

"Believe me, I'm the boring type. I've always been lonely all my life." Alex said.

"Really? What about your parents or any of your siblings? Aren't you living with any of them?" She asked.

"Nah, never done that before. I've been an orphan all my life." He gave his reply.

"Oops, our stories are almost similar to each other." Stacy chuckled.

"In what way?" Alex's brows furrowed.
