Soon, the room was left with only Elias and Hajin remaining. Surprisingly, even Ragna was gone from their side.
"I take it that I won't be hearing any orders from you anytime soon, cousin?"
Hajin sat on a chair on the far right and leaned against the wall, looking at Elias who was sitting in the middle of the room.
Elias gave a curt nod, but otherwise didn't speak. He stared at the necklace hanging below his jaw quietly, in deep thought.
… The recruitment process went smoothly, exactly like how he planned.
He simply eliminated those who didn't fit the criteria he was looking for through intimidation and scare tactics.
It worked like a charm.
He had little expectations for the new recruits. If anything, he didn't give ratsh*t if they were talented or not.
They just had to be determined to his cause for him to accept them.
As for their talents or strength… rubbish.
