Agitated outcries against the Count and his men stirred the pot once more as the remaining passengers watched Xander and his companions gain entry into Florentia.

Despite the ticket inspectors' earnest attempts to reason with Lieutenant Adelis, the gates of Florentia remained closed to the others. The Lieutenant refused to entertain the ticket inspector's complaint and remained adamant about his decision.

Soon, a large platoon of City Guards arrived on the scene to assist the Lieutenant, and the entire platform was cordoned off, prohibiting any new arrivals from entering Florentia.

The passengers were shocked by such a response. Florentia was renowned for its hospitality and acceptance, but now it seemed like the city had changed overnight, turning hostile to all its neighbors.

Assisted by the reinforcements, Lieutenant Adelis drove the agitated passengers back and forced the Rail Guards into submission. In the end, they had no choice but to take the next train back to Faros.
