Xander held his ground as the light drizzle soaked his white shirt, leaving hundreds of scattered drops on his scythe's polished blade.

The Infernal Hound bared its fangs at the Dreamwalker and let out a fearsome growl from the pit of its stomach before lashing out at him with its serpentine tails.

As the two vipers hissed at Xander, striking him from opposite directions, he pulled out his enchanted revolver in one swift motion and riddled them with bullets.
