"Wow! Your sister's new apartment is really nice!"

"You really think so? You should see the one I got downtown, it's to die for!" Mary giggled.

"Geez! don't rub it in my face, I still can't believe you made friends with Miss Celes, it's like a dream come true."

"A dream? No, not really. Being her friend is like a full time job."

Two girls chatted in the apartment as they shared a cup of tea and biscuits. Ever since Mary moved to college she became a celebrity among her friends, but her life kept getting better and better. She got accepted into college in spite of her bad grades, became friends with the most popular girl in the whole city who let her stay in a very luxurious apartment, gave her expensive clothes and paid for her tuition, but that wasn't everything.

Somehow, her sister managed to sell a worthless building at a very high price and earned a commission so huge it allowed her to rent a new apartment and have a better lifestyle.
