Now that Nika brought up the fact that there weren't any female soldiers on sight things took a 180° turn. While it was true that the soldiers were safe and seemed to be enjoying themselves to the point of not even caring to acknowledge the presence of the newly arrived hunters, the same couldn't be said about the female soldiers who now were missing.

"Do you think they're dead or... worse?" Nika asked seriously.

"I can't think of anything." Uriel replied.

"Well, think harder because I'm starting to lose my shit!"

Nika herself couldn't think of anything else than trying to ask Ethan, but at the same time, he didn't want to even look at him. Although Ethan was usually a very composed person with a strong presence, he was now the embodiment of lust and his attention was fully occupied by two air spirit women.
