Capítulo 190: Devoured

The second wave of cryptids forebode a bitter ending for the whole party. Even with a heavenly rank hunter like Nika, defeating an entity level cryptid was no easy feat and even if it was weak to wood like its minions, nothing assured them a win.

Instinctively, everyone in their party hurdled together back to back and started their retreat, everyone but Nika and Uriel that is. While Nika felt confident in her ability to jump between shadows and had no issues getting swarmed by weak enemies Uriel was desperately trying to find anything made of wood nearby to try and cover their retreat.

His Dash skill should be enough to outrun the enemies and Water warlock's blessing gave him enough confidence to survive even against the entity in front of them, but everything pointed towards the inevitable death of at least some of his companions.
