Rodolfus didn't care and ran towards the road on the opposite side and sighed in relief before apparating away , the death eaters and the woman chasing them screamed as they failed to get the girl.
Rodolfus landed on a river near Hogwarts and ran towards the castle, Snape who watched someone approaching the castle hit them with a stunning spell before going to see them and shocked to see a 11 year old girl with a man who is known to be a traitor among the death eaters, Rodolfus lestrange, the girl is unconscious and Rodolfus is bleeding, seeing this Snape immediately called Dumbledore while he hid them in his office after healing and cast a bewitching sleep on both.
he is shocked to see the girl rather than the man, because she is known to only elite death eaters as princess and heir of dark lord.
soon Dumbledore arrived and asked Snape what is it, Snape took Dumbledore to his office and when Dumbledore saw the 2 people he couldn't believe his eyes, he then took out his wand and read the memories of the man.
Rodolfus is tortured until now as his wife suspected him for betrayal of death eaters and he also saw a girl hid in a corner and crying while Rodolfus is being tortured and she is shouting to stop Bellatrix from hurting Rodolfus while the woman madly laughed and caressed the shaking girl saying she'll have to do the same for the dark lord.
then he saw Rodolfus caring for the girl as she is also same as him, she is being tortured by Bellatrix for not acknowledging her position and saying she wanted to be normal like all the kids, the enraged Bellatrix is beating her brutally while saying it's her honour to be the daughter to be the dark lord and says she is a treasure for to her presented by voldemort.
Rodolfus after they all gone cared for the girl and took care of her, they become attached and the girl saw Rodolfus as her father, the days gobe by and Bellatrix tortures also increased she doesn't care even the age of the girl and constantly tortured her sometimes she even used cruciatus and then hugged the girl while whispering to accept what she is born for, ruling the wizarding world after her father. the girl is terrified Rodolfus couldn't stand it anymore and freed himself from the chains even though he is wounded by them, he took the girl and reassured her they will go to a safe place them knocked out the gaurd behind the door took his wand to escape.
unfortunately for them Bellatrix watched them and chased after with death eaters, the mansion has array to prevent apparition, so Rodolfus ran towards road to get out the zone and escaped by apparating with the girl on his shoulders as he couldn't fight a the death eaters.
he arrived at Hogwarts and exhausted his magic, while hit by a spell and lost his consciousness, Dumbledore finished reading his memory and tears flowed beacuse he saw the torture they experienced especially the girl she is tortured by cruciatus for hours in that age , she is a strong willed one or else like others she would've lost her mind like the longbottoms.
Dumbledore then said," they suffered a lot Severus, Rodolfus is may have harmed the longbottoms but he changed and this little girl is tortured everyday since the dark lords death, we must protect them, take care of them , this girl is of age to attend Hogwarts, she will attend Hogwarts this year."
Snape just nodded took the man and girl to his bed in his office , he tugged the them both in his bed and went towards Dumbledore then asked," what happened to both of them Dumbledore? they are well respected when dark lord is alive? who did this to them? the aurors?".
Dumbledore replied," Bellatrix lestrange, she tortured Rodolfus for suspicions on him about betraying death eaters, the girl only wanted to live a normal life rather than murdering and torturing someone and didn't acknowledge the dark lord as her father, so Bellatrix tortured them both together in a room while they are starving and occasionally throw some food Rodolfus changed at this time after seeing the girl suffer and escaped to arrive here, to keep her safe".
Snape who heard this looked at the girl who covered with bruises and dust, but she looked beautiful even with those and has plantinum blonde hair with blue on the edges of her hair, he couldn't believe how someone can torture such an girl but after remembering Bellatrix, he thought it's possible and became angry at her.
Dumbledore said," I'll leave them in your care , until the dark lord is perished or the death eaters are captured or dead , someone will chase after her, the ministry doesn't know anything about the girl except her deatails as a child of Rodolfus and Bellatrix, they won't disturb her but Rodolfus has to hide , you know what to do right?, make some poly juice potion, we'll get a new professor for magical creatures subject he will teach them as Hagrid, don't reveal this to anyone Severus not even McGonagall, I will convince Hagrid and you'll convince Rodolfus, make an unbreakable vow with him not to hurt the students".
Snape who heard this dropped a jaw and looked at Dumbledore but realised it's the only plane to be safe as others are tok risky.
but he didn't know the girl is awake and heard all this, she sighed in relief and tears started to go out of her eyes as she is finally in a safe place or so she thought.
