He only tortured them moderately to not destroy their mind as he wanted them to realize the result of their simple decision that led up to this point.
The young man picks up the fat guy who's the director general of the police force, the highest rank a police could get in their lifetime.
"What are you planning to do?"
The fat man asked in terror feeling the strong grip of the young man as he dragged him like a ragdoll to the edge of the building.

The young man asked in an indifferent tone of voice.
The fat guy wanted to voice out his concerns but no sound left his mouth.

Memories of his loving family flashed before the eyes of the fat guy.
