THE CLUCKS OF cocks and hens produced a harmonious symphony upon the onset of day, dousing the yeomanry to awaken and tend to their morning chores and duties. As animals were grazed and the land was tilled for the autumn planting, the farmers were seemingly caught unaware of the brewing storm in the horizon, which would inevitably decide their fates. In spite of the news of the Siege of Regalia taking place, normal citizen continued to live out their lives in peace, aspiring to not leave any regrets in the plane of existence when the gods would finally claim their souls, or so they believed. Meanwhile, a screeching noise aloft the sky can be heard over the tranquil village. It belonged to a hawk circling flight, towering over the village and its denizens.
