"Revealing it before her permission won't be, either. My information is solely for the cause of my misery. What she's going to do with it, I don't care. But I don't trust any of you."
The corner of Wolf's lips curved down, displeased at Joker's remarks.
"You're doubting me?" asked Wolf in disbelief. "You think I will betray her?"
"I said in general." Joker hummed, leaning back comfortably. "You work for her, and I work for her. We're not friends. I lost a part of me that no one can ever give back. I'm not losing more than I already have just because I held on to the possibility none of you will betray her."
Slowly, Joker's tone lowered, but it sounded more assertive. "Learnt that the hard way."
"You learned that lesson because of your loyalty," Wolf argued. "You chose to stay and save her."
