Capítulo 250: Long-Distance Relationship

Krisha stirred in her bed. Groaning, she gently touched her forehead.

"Ah, why do I feel so dizzy," she grumbled with her eyes closed.

"Side effects of getting marked. Get up and take this potion," Zaila replied, her voice ringing in her ears. "Niran also passed out when she got marked. Almost all humans do." 

Krisha grumbled some more as she weakly nodded. Then, as if realizing what happened, she opened her eyes and jolted up from bed. She quickly touched her neck to see Taro's mark on her. It still stung, and she gently caressed it as she bit her inner cheek. 

It was true then. She had truly surrendered in the end and gave him permission to mark her.

'What happened to taking things slowly?' she inwardly scolded herself. She couldn't believe that she could be that weak. But then, it wasn't like she regretted it afterward. In fact, she was even looking forward to her future with Taro.
