Another morning came, and Mineah immediately regretted how she teased her husband last night. Clearly, he was dead set on proving that he wasn't weak whenever it came to pleasing her. She was sore all over, and Nikolai even instructed Zaila to heal her. 

From there, she blushed even harder as Zaila constantly gave her teasing glances as she performed the healing spell on her whole body. All the while, Nikolai didn't leave, making sure that it was only Zaila who performed the spell.

"Niran has already arrived, and this time, Raul isn't with her," Nikolai informed her as he leaned near her and kissed her lips. "I won't be with you during your visit to Rusan, but I'll be following you shortly as soon as I'm finished with my pending work. Eat with your handmaidens before leaving."
