"Is it possible?"

"... You wish to develop the Northern part of the city?" Winthrope asked as he crossed his arms

He leaned against his office table, his expression profound and severe, more than usual.

He didn't seem against the idea, but something else weighed on his mind.

"The only place that supports us right now is that region." Dale affirmed after he put some thought into it

Truth be told, this was the first time he'd considered this issue, so he didn't know where to tackle it; he was merely making a decision based on what seemed to be the most suitable place in the city to house them.

"The houses are bigger and more resistant, the region's layout is more complete, the risk of collapse is significantly lower…"
