You sit down at one of the many tables within a room's main Plaza before activating a terminal attached to every single table, that is how you get access to the Event Activity list.

Red rock Ring -> Unique Effect -> Eruption
Ignite the Volcanic shard within the ring to bring forth a powerful force akin to a raging Volcano.
Blue Rock Ring -> Unique Effect -> Frozen Clouds
Ignite the Meteor shard within the ring to bring forth a smooth air cold enough to freeze fire.
These are just the active effects of the Rings, Dale can also provide them Mana passively to activate their other effects, although he has to stand within a certain area for them to work to their utmost degree.
They're also terrible abilities to use with teammates due to how obstructing they can be, so unless very coordinated, they'll only get in the way.

Every second that passes applies a Stack of Heat.
Every Stack of Heat increases Strength by 1 up to a maximum of 200 but reduces the armor's overall protection as the metal softens.
