Unbeknownst to them, Eve was still outside, overhearing their conversation. After a while, she straightened her back, smiled, and left to join the festivities on the first floor.
"Your Highness," Eve's attention turned toward the man who called her. To be honest, she wasn't surprised to see that it was the Baron.
"Baron Thorn…" she smiled.
