Capítulo 3: A System?
I opened my eyes only to hear ringing and in its wake nothing but unbearable pain, I managed to turn my head and saw my roommates talking and that's when I noticed it, there was a red dot in right top corner of my eyes, I blinked rapidly trying to get rid of it and as soon as I started to think about what it could possibly be, a translucent screen appeared before me, housing a notification.
<Congrats! You have been chosen to house The Demon King System>
I put my hand in front of my eyes hoping to touch the translucent screen I was seeing only for me to touch nothing, I immediately shot up from my laying place and ran to the nearest reflective surface while ignoring the questioning looks from all three roommate,
I stared into the mirror hoping in my heart to see some kind of screen in front of my face but alas, I saw nothing. "Are you okay, you just ran to the mirror in the blink of an eye" Tony asked me with a worried expression on his face. "Yeah, I'm fine, just shaken up from a little nightmare." I lied unsure of who I can trust with this information because this is the first time I have come across or heard of a 'Demon king System'.
"Excuse me" I said as I left the room and headed for the bathroom, as soon as I entered, I entered a stall and thought about the notification and as soon as I did a screen opened up.

After further inspection, I noticed four headings.

and it appeared I was under notification, I thought about status and it opened up.

'A five in strenght?, I am not that weak, it's obvious that this system likes to exaggerate.And what's with ability, does it mean I'll get one.' I thought before I decided to open up skills and it showed.

'What's with all the question marks, I'm tired of seeing them.' I thought while furrowing my eyebrows to suppress my headache, there was only one heading left and that was quests. I opened it up and saw.

I thought about the screen disappearing and it did. 'Seems to respond to my thoughts, interesting but where did it come from, I can't wait to see what this system can do' I said to myself while heading back to my room.
