The relationship between Ash and Max was quite a strange one due to their first meeting being quite bad but she started to get a little more familiar with him as he continued to guide her with some boxing techniques.

She was just glad to have someone guide her personally rather than having to figure things out for herself.

She was not too interested in his purpose since she had goals of her own.

If he wanted to use her in some way then she would make use of him before that to get as much out of him as possible.

Ash did not talk much and only responded with short responses during their exchanges while Max would make some jokes or comment on her techniques.

Her overall impression of him improved a lot since they first met and they were getting a little more familiar with each other.

Max admired her determination and efforts while praising her improvement and dedication to improving herself.
