The atmosphere around them became chaotic and as thick blankets of smoke emerged on his body without his knowledge, he was wordlessly lamenting.

Why did he let himself be tempted by the voice that was urging him to take that mana stone? His regrets for doing so cannot be expressed by just words and it occupied rent free in his mind.

Xagrien tightly shut his eyes as he is trying to retain his awareness of his body. And he could feel the loud and erratic beating of his heart. The stiffness of the monument of his manliness and the strong worldly heat that continuously circulated all over his body gave him the impression of getting boiled from the inside.
