88% Strongest Psychic Trainer in Pokemon World / Chapter 43: Weird Xatu

Capítulo 43: Weird Xatu

"Meta~!" Metang landed on the ground and stood with two arms.

Looking at Metang's handsome appearance and updated data panel, Jun nodded with a satisfied expression. After evolving, Metang finally bid farewell to its lack of skill pool and can now learn many more skills. Not only that, but with the formation of its two arms, its attacks can also be diversified, automatically improving its combat effectiveness.

Jun looked at Metang curiously and knocked on its body and arms. From the data he read, Metang's body is so tough that even a crash with a jet plane wouldn't leave a scratch. The claws tipping its arms pack the destructive power to tear through thick iron sheets as if they were made of silk

"Kyu~?"

"Emo~?"

Curious these two little brats, jumped on Metang disc-head and played with it. Fortunately, Metang is not angry and floating with them instead, making them giggling.

Jun then tapped on the [Breed Scheme]

[Recommendation 1: Metang adores magnetic minerals. Giving it an items related to magnetism can increase Metang fondness to its trainer]

[Recommendation 2: Training in the area that emit magnetism is the best training ground for Metang, It can doubled the result]

[Recommendation 3: Combat focus: First focus on training its hands and claws. Robust arms and strong grip can be a point plus for Metang combat effectiveness. Second is focus on its speed and terrain awareness. Training in a difficult terrain may increase its speed to prey its opponent]

Metang is a Steel-Psychic Pokemon that generates strong psychokinetic power. There are many theories about Metang in the academic records. Some say that when two Beldum fuse together, a magnetic nervous system places their brains in union, forming Metang. Others suggest that two Beldum may become stuck together via their own magnetic forces, forming a two-brained Pokemon, and with two brains, the resulting Metang has doubled psychic powers.

For recommendations one and three, Jun could still try his best to implement them for Metang. However, for recommendation two, Jun thought about all the possible places in Kanto but couldn't think of any area that contained magnetism. The only place he could think of was the Sinnoh region's Mt. Coronet.

"But this isn't urgent. Metang has just evolved, and the most pressing task now is to lay a solid foundation, master more skills, and groom it according to the breeding scheme. Moreover, there's a summer camp later, so there's no time to visit Sinnoh," Jun muttered to himself. He then remembered the new school term's mission and thought that maybe he could take advantage of the outdoor mission and use it to his advantage.

As Jun watched his Pokemon playing together, suddenly Metang's red eyes started to glow, and it gathered all its light energy. With a loud "BANG," the tree was blasted by Metang's powerful Flash Cannon attack, causing Jun to startle.

Soon after the loud explosion, a painful scream was heard, and a Xatu fell from the tree, unable to continue fighting due to the damage caused by the attack.

'Xatu? Why are there so many Hoenn Pokemon here? First Mightyena and now Xatu,' Jun thought as he approached the fallen Xatu.

"Kyuu~?" Eevee and Emolga jumped off of Metang and curiously approached Xatu. They had never seen a Pokemon like this before.

Emolga saw Xatu's form and suddenly remembered something, which made it become anxious again. It began frantically looking around its surroundings while shouting.

"Emoo~! emoo!" it cried out before flying off to search for something. Jun tried to recall Emolga, but it disappeared before he could even call it back.

"Kyu~?" Eevee drooped its ears and looked around for its little friend Emolga who had disappeared. Eevee enjoyed playing with Emolga more than with Beldum since Beldum was too robotic and monotone. Now that Beldum had evolved into Metang, its appearance was too scary for Eevee to play with

Meanwhile, Jun focused his attention on Xatu on the ground, thinking, 'Weird... but Xatu is also a rare Pokemon in Kanto'

Nah, maybe this Xatu was lost of something, "Let me catch it first" Jun muttered and reached out his Pokeball before throw it to Xatu.

Only...

There's a problem here...

The Pokeball bounced once it reached Xatu, and there's only one expalanation...

"This Xatu is owned by someone..."
