Capítulo 24: [Bonus chapter]Unwanted Visitors
What was meant to be a glorious event for the Chi family with the addition of several new cars to their assets was officially a burst thanks to the presence of one family of unwanted visitors at their home.
When Chi Lian and her brothers drove up to the house, what greeted them was not the sound of nursery rhymes which were usually accompanied by the lovely voice of mama Chi as she sung to Mei-Mei at this time of the evening usually. It was the sound of their aunt insulting their mother and calling her a selfish and wicked woman.
At the door, Chi Rui who hated that family the most looked at his elder brother and asked, "Is it really that old witch or am I ears not working?"
"It's them." Chi Wei answered roughly.
His fists were clenched and the veins on the side of his head were slightly swollen.
"How did they even get here?" Chi Zimo asked.
"Someone must have told them where we moved to. Obviously they are not here with good intentions."
"If I beat up that old witch today, nobody should interfere." Chi Rui warned his siblings. For so long, all he wanted to do was beat up that shameless family but Chi Wei held him back. However, after everything that family had done to them after they lost their fortune had taught them to rely on no one but themselves. That family was not on his list of relatives anymore.
Chi Lian pushed the door open and the siblings walked in like warriors. Their eyes exuded aggressiveness and hatred.
Immediately, Chi Lian noticed that her mother's hair was disorganized and her eyes were red. It was obvious that someone had pulled on her hair. She could imagine how much pain her mother had endured. Rage filled her heart.
"Who touched you?" she asked.
Her aunt Li Chien who was standing to the side screamed immediately, "It was me who did it. What will you do about it?"
Without hesitation, Chi Lian walked up to her aunt and slapped her across the cheek.
"Chi Lian, how dare you?" her cousin asked.
"I dare. And I will do even worse if she ever lays a hand on my mother again."
"I will tell mother about this. Your wicked daughter dared to slap her aunt, what a good child you have raised sister!"
Her Aunt's face was contorted with a viciousness and meanness.
Usually, this is the part where Chi Lian's mother would soften and give in to all of her sister's demands but today, she was adamant. She already knew the true color of her so called maternal family and wanted nothing to do with them.
"Do whatever you want" Mama Chi said.
"You think you can do whatever you want because you made a little money. Let me tell you, half of all your money belongs to me. I am the one taking care of our mother and that is what she said should be done." Her aunt screamed like shrew.
"That used to be the old system. You will never get a coin out of our family ever again." Chi Wei walked towards his aunt slowly.
"What are you doing? Do you want to beat up my mum too? I will call the police" Wen Li threatened.
"Go ahead; we will file charges for trespassing and injury." Chi Lian informed her.
"How can you say injury when it's you that slapped my mother? Everybody saw it."
Like a fool, Wen Li looked around the room for support as if she had forgotten that everybody else in that house currently was a member of the Chi family with the exception of her and her mother.
Without any support, she said, "You people are bullying us." and started crying.
"What a white lotus." Chi Zimo said.
"So shameless," Chi Rui added.
"You should leave before another slap is added onto you." Chi Lian pointed to the open door way.
At that moment, Mei-Mei who had been hiding in the kitchen stepped out and run to Chi Lian.
"Ma-ma," she called out in fear.
Chi Lian carried her and comforted her.
"Huh." Wen Li gasped. "Whose child is that?"
"Mine, not that it's any of your business." Chi Lian answered coldly.
"You even have a bastard child. I knew you were a good for nothing whore." Wen Li laughed wickedly.
"Sister, you have such a useless daughter." Li Chien smiled smugly like she won the jack pot in her daughter. "My Wen Li would never get pregnant before marriage."
"Then take your pure virgin daughter and leave my house." Mama Chi replied unbothered by the vicious words said by her sister.
"Ha-ha,_ virgin." Chi Zimo laughed. He looked at his aunt and cousin, pointed at them and continued to laugh like he had just heard the biggest joke of the century.
The other members of the family were struggling to hold back their laughter as well. Everyone in that room knew why the relationship between Ji Haolin and Chi Lian ended.
The two of them were caught together in bed in a hotel!!!. Wen Li had no business making her voice present in the virgin discussion.
Embarrassed at being the source of the joke, Wen Li angrily stomped her foot and shouted, "Stop laughing. You, Chi Lian what lies have you been telling about me?"
At that moment, another unwanted visitor made his way into their house. It was none other than the unwelcome Ji Haolin.
"Li-Li, I came as soon as I could." He run to Wen Li.
Immediately, like the aspiring actress she was, Wen Li broke down in tears and claimed that she and her mother were being bullied.
Ji Haolin looked at Chi Lian like she was the source of all evil.
"Why won't you let LI-li be? I am the one who approached her. I fell in love with her first. If there is anyone you should be angry with, it should be me."
"Where did this fool come from to spew such nonsense?" Chi Wei asked.
"Do you even know what is going on here right now?" Chi Rui asked as well.
"JI haolin, you continue to disappoint me." Chi Lian looked at him coldly and continued, "Your desire for mediocrity is embarrassing enough as it is but your stupidity is even worse."
So offended, Wen Li heaved, "Chi Lian who are you referring to as mediocre?"
"You Wen Li, Isn't it obvious. You have a flat chest, flat buttocks, tiny brain and ugly heart." Chi Lian moved closer to her as she stated each attribute. "Mediocre." She finished her words directly in Wen Li's face.
"Phu_phu_phu_" Chi Zimo laughed into his hands.
Eventually all pretense fell away and he laughed out loud without shame.
The other members of the Chi family who were pretending that they would not laugh could not hold back and laughed as well.
The humiliated Wen Li stared at Chi Lian with malicious intent. As if all she wanted to do was wrap her hands around her neck and squeeze it really tight in that moment.
"Don't insult my daughter like that you shameless whore. You even have a bastard child. What right do you have to call my Wen Li mediocre?" Li Chien pushed Chi Lian and she lost her footing.
"Chi-Chi!!, Her family screamed in fear.

Capítulo 25: Sweet Jun
Just when Chi Lian thought that she and Mei-Mei were going to land on the floor, a hand wrapped around her waist and she was pulled into a masculine chest. When she raises her head, her eyes landed on the handsome face of Jun Muyang.
He steadied her as she shushed Mei-Mei who was crying in shock.
Wen Li was shamelessly admiring Jun Muyang that she forgot all about Ji Haolin who had come all this way to defend her.
"You need better security." Jun Muyang said as he looked over the new faces in the Chi household.
"I am working on it." She replied with a smile.
Burning with jealousy and fury as she watched the interaction between the handsome man and Chi Lian, Wen Li blurted out, "That little bastard in her hands is her child. She probably doesn't even know who the father is."
"I haven't slapped you properly." Chi Lian said. "You must be hungry for a proper beating."
Ji Haolin was furious when he saw that Chi Lian was not denying the allegations Wen Li was making about her being a mother.
Through gritted teeth, he asked, "Chi Lian whose child is that?"
"And how is that any of your business?" she asked nonchalantly.
"Because if she is yours, it means you cheated on me during our relationship. How could you?" His face had the look of a betrayed innocent man.
"A pot calling the kettle black," Mama Chi said.
Jun Muyang had seen enough of the drama in the Chi House already. He was here to talk to Chi Lian and all this nonsense was taking up his precious time.
"Wenzhe, call the police."
"Yes young master."
Ji Haolin continued to press Chi Lian, "Who is the father of that bastard?" he asked.
"If you don't leave this house in the next one minute, you will be leaving in handcuffs." Jun Muyang said before Chi Lian could answer.
Ji Haolin still refused to leave and looked at Mei-Mei viciously.
"Throw them out." Jun Muyang said.
A few bulky men moved in and grabbed the three unwanted visitors. They were escorted out forcefully and held until the police would arrive to take them away.
Inside the house, Chi Lian was so grateful to Jun Muyang that she smiled beautifully at him and hugged him.
He pushed her away of course.
"I am here to remind you to be more security conscious. Those rebels will not hesitate to try something if you are vulnerable."
"I bet he is starting to catch feelings for you." T4 swooned.
"Thank you, I have been thinking about hiring some bodyguards but I don't know who to use. Perhaps I can come over and consult you on this issue."
"Hmm_" Jun Muyang answered and left their house.
"What a good boy." Mama Chi smiled. He had taken care of their problem so easily. "You should invite him over for dinner sometime Chi-Chi so that we thank him properly for his help."
"I will." She answered.
"Mother, how did aunt and cousin end up here? Who gave them our new address?" Chi Rui asked.
Lowering her head down, Mama Chi sighed and teared up.
"Your grandmother called me and said that she had some things she wanted to send us so I gave her our address. It's my fault for trusting her."
Chi Zimo who was closest to her hugged her. "It's okay. We don't blame you at all; after all she is your mother."
"How can she be so heartless loving one daughter more than the other?" Chi Rui shook his head in bitter disappointment.
"I have asked myself that question for years and found no answer. But I am done now. I won't let her suck any more life out of me." Mama Chi was resolved.
"We support you mum." Chi Zimo tightened his hug.
"Yes we do." Chi Lian and the rest confirmed their affirmations one after the other.
Mama Chi looked around the house which was now messy. Her sister had thrown down everything she could get her hands on. The flower vases in the living room had all been shattered.
"We should clean the house before your father gets back."
Chi Lian whose drone cameras were currently acting as security for the house had seen her father approaching already.
"I think it's too late for that. He will be here in three, two, and one."
As soon as she ended her count, he walked through the door.
"What in the world happened here?" he asked immediately at the sight before him.
"Aunt and cousin came by." Chi Rui answered.
Papa Chi needed no further explanation and he went to check on his wife. Every time hurricane Li Chien came by, mama Chi would end up with some kind of injury. Luckily, the children had returned in time so the worst that happened was the hair pulling.
The couple walked away to talk in private.
"Mei-Mei and I are going next door, you guys clean up." Chi Lian dashed out of the house before her brothers could ask any questions.
Wenzhe let her into the house without any question. In fact, he welcomed her with a polite smile.
In his mind, she was the future Madam Jun and the baby she was carrying in her arms was the little mistress.
He led her to the living room where an assortment of cookies, chocolates, milk and cakes was waiting on a table.
Mei-Mei the little foodie immediately reached the table with snacks. Indeed, spending time with mummy was the best.
"Who prepared these?" she was amazed.
"The young master heard from your youngest brother that you have a sweet tooth so he had me prepare these for you. In fact the kitchen is now stocked with a variety of sweets and snacks. You should come by more often Lady Chi." Wenzhe gleefully talked her ear off.
As long as he had the ear of the future madam, he would be more secure in his position. He would not have to worry about being thrown away for inefficiency by the young master.
"How sweet of him," The gesture elicited a warm feeling in her heart. It filled her with hope that perhaps, the ice cold man could be melted after all. With a smile, she picked up another cookie and fed it to Mei-Mei.
"Did he like the flowers I sent him?" she asked curiously.
"He didn't just like them. He loved them. He even brought them back and they have been placed in vases all around the house by the butler."
"What butler?" she asked as she looked around. All the time she had spent spying on him, she had yet to see a single servant in this house.
"The servants don't live here. The young master owns two houses in this estate, one house is for the servants."
Chi Lian was suddenly inspired, she had been worrying about where the driver, nanny, maid and body guards would sleep. A solution had just presented itself to her.
She pulled out her phone and sent the real estate agent a message. Tomorrow, paperwork for a new house would be drawn up.
"Do you want to see his face when he received the flowers?" Wenzhe the gossip enthusiast asked.
"Definitely." she moved her head closer.
In the picture, Jun Muyang was sniffing the roses with a slight hint of a smile on his face.
"This is encouraging."
"Very encouraging Lady Chi. I am on your side. In fact, most of the employees in the Jun corporation are."
"In that case you should help me watch out for competitors."
"I am on it my lady. I will get rid of them all." Wenzhe made himself her unofficial righteous knight and defender. With his presence no other women would be allowed to come close to the young master.
"Who should i watch out for the most?"
"Lady Chu. She is very determined to become the future madam Jun. She even came by the office today."
Chi Lian did not look too pleased to hear this information.
"Don't worry, the young master threw her out immediately. He did not even eat the food she brought him."
"She brought him food!!"
"Yes, she brought food from the royal kitchen because its the young master's favorite restaurant but he told me to throw it out."
Wenzhe narrated the story with glee.
"That restaurant is really expensive. How terrible for the food."
"The secretaries shared it during lunch. It was not a loss after all."
Chi Lian laughed out loud. She wondered what look lady Chu would have on her face if she knew that her food had been eaten by secretaries.
This would make an amazing piece of gossip for the peep stars. She asked T4 to look up a signature lunch box from the royal kitchen and hack into the cameras around the Jun Corporation for footage of that lady Chu leaving after being thrown out.
"Wenzhe, please excuse me while I make a phone call."
As he walked away, a post appeared on the internet,

The most pitiful victim of this unwanted visit was the delicious lunch box from the royal kitchen which was rejected as well. Luckily the secretaries fully devoured it.]
Below the post were two pictures. One was of an edited lunch box from the royal kitchen crying because Jun Muyang refused to eat it and the other was of Miss Chu leaving the Jun corporation with an angry look on her face.
