Kai’s P.O.V

“Devon…do you have a minute?” I asked my friend who was just coming out of the boxing ring after demolishing a punching bag twice his weight.

“Yeah, sure!” He wrapped a towel around his neck before taking off his boxing gloves and pointing towards the locker room. “Just gimme five? I’ll go take a quick shower.”

“Sure. I’ll wait here.” I moved to the opposite side of the boxing club room from where some of the members were still practicing their moves.

The female boxing group had a separate room right next to the guy’s club, and from what I had heard…Night’s group sometimes came to hang around the area since their friend’s girl had recently joined their club. That’s why I was thankful for the separate rooms…so I didn’t have to run into him today.
