"Well, hello. What have we here?" Aldric blinked in surprise when he awoke to Islinda in his arms. 

He lifted his head to check if the demarcation she had put in place was still in check because he didn't remember inviting her to his side of his bed, before she woke up and accused him of what he didn't do. 

Although he did do something. 

Aldric finally remembered pulling her over to his side, but he did that with sleep in his eyes. In one word, he hadn't not been thinking straight and it was nice to know that Islinda was compliant and he wouldn't have to bear the blame alone. 

Islinda was cuddled up next to him with both of them lying face to face and his arms were dead. Aldric was not a hugger, at least for years since….. forget about her.
