Leon, who found out that Rio already raised the price to something he couldn't compete with, was hesitating to speak as he turned to look at Rebecca and then at Alfred. Yet didn't know what to say.

He himself didn't know clearly what that bracelet was, he just felt the same familiar feeling from it, which he got from the last bracelet he wanted to give to the princess at her birthday years ago.

"Leon, do you want that bracelet?" Alfred, noticing his strange behavior, asked instantly. He was just thinking about what trick he should use to lure this guy into his camp. Since healing his mom was probably not going to work out easily.
