Jake and the team had been in hiding for weeks, constantly on the move and avoiding any attention. But they couldn't stay hidden forever. They needed to come up with a plan to strike back at the corrupt government, before they could be hunted down and silenced.
As they gathered in a cramped motel room, Jake spoke up. "We need to hit them where it hurts the most. We need to go after their funding."
