I awoke the next morning with Lex's arms still wrapped around me. The warmth of his chest still pressed against my back. And a smile plastered on both our faces. I felt loose, limber, and ready to take on the world.

"Mmhmm." I heard Lex groan as if he were stretching and waking up with me. "Good morning." Since I was already looking over my shoulder at him, I saw the moment he opened his sleep fogged eyes, and I loved seeing that bleary and happy expression in them. He was so handsome and adorable that I couldn't take my eyes off him. 

"Good morning." I replied, content to pretend we had nothing to worry about and it was just me and him in a world of our own.

"How are you feeling?" He was remembering how intense he had been in the shower, and that consideration of his just made me love him even more. 

"Satisfied." My reply made him blush and grin at the same time.
