Capítulo 66: Chapter 66- Beech – At Home With Jared Part 2 (VOLUME 1)

*~*Beech's POV*~*

It felt like both Jared and I were uncomfortable and not sure of what to do next. He was standing there looking around the condo like he thought that I was mad at him. I needed to make this right. I needed to make him feel at home and comfortable here. I wanted him here after all.

"U..uh..uhm, I..I got us some drinks. Just sodas. And there are snacks. M..my cousin told me that it makes you feel hungry when you're healed like that. S..s..so I thought that you might need something to fill you up. C..come here, s..s..sit down." I patted the couch next to me.

"Do I make you nervous, Beech?" Jared looked worried and like he wasn't sure of me. Dammit, that wasn't what I wanted him to feel about me. I wanted him to be comfortable and calm here.

"N..no." I shook my head. "OK, that isn't true. Yes, I am nervous, but it isn't anything bad. So, p..pl..please, have a seat." I gave him a smile this time, and it was perfectly genuine.
