I closed my eyes and wrecked my brain with the summoning spell Ywain and Zephirin did to get Xerek to the palace. It was the key to ending the monster named Xerek. 

My shot shot open, all the ingredients for the spell were present in the room. I had the spell however, I was adding a little twist of my own. I was changing a few features to make a magical compass that can find the devil anywhere in the world. 

Ywain made me understand everything. As long as Xerek lived, Zephirin and I will never be together. So eliminating Xerek from the picture opened windows of a beautiful love story between the Incirion and his evil one.
