The following morning, Shen Nianzu was discharged from the hospital once the doctor gave him a clear. He immediately told Jin Jiuchi that they would be having hotpot for lunch. After enduring three days of porridge, energy bars, dried fruits, nuts and seeds, they deserved a sumptuous meal at the very least. 

"Hotpot! Lamb! Mutton! Beef! Fish balls!" Jin Jiuchi cheered, his mouth already watering at the thought of the flavorful and spicy soup. He eagerly strapped the seatbelt over himself and turned to ask Shen Nianzu beside him, unable to contain his excitement. "Nian'er, are we going to the hotpot restaurant now? I can't wait!"

Shen Nianzhu cast him a speechless look. Why did this husky act as if he had been starved for days when they had just finished breakfast two hours ago? Furthermore, he had polished off the portion for three people, and he would have still continued if not for the doctor who dropped by to check on Shen Nianzu!
