Capítulo 11: What to wear? What to wear?
This episode begins with Q digging through he closet in frustration, whilst his wife Gileani watched in confusion.
"What do I wear today?" He says. "There's a big meeting where the head of our base itself will show! I need to look my absolute best to make a good impression!...This is a big deal!"
"I thought Kenneth was the head of your base?" Gileani says.
"No, no, no....He's the head of the wing I work in...not the entire base, babe. Oh what do I wear?..." Q asks as he comes out of the closet wearing a red trench coat.
"How about this? Crimson?" Q asks. "No....it looks too...sinister...." he then returns to his closet. He then comes out in an orange trench coat, with an orange tie to match. "No...Too childish..."
Gileani decides to help Q and pulls out a coat. "How about dark green?"
"No...it looks too...military for me..."
"Gray?"
"No...too bland..."
"And you call ME picky..."
"Hey, this is an important event!"
"That's a fair point, nevermind..."
"How about....Pink???? No way, when did I even buy this?" Q says as he throws the pink trench coat back in the closet. "how about white....Ah...this does look good but...Nah, too much of a risk..."
"How?"
"If I spill something on it....it's ruined forever!"
"Oh, fair enough."
"This is so hard....how do you ladies do this all the time?" Q stumbles out of the closet and accidentally kicks the dresser.
"Gahhh....Sonofabiscuit....." He says in frustration. "I keep doing that!"
"Wow....never heard you say THAT before...You sound angrier than when our neighbor Miss Figg's dog kept you up at night with it's barking, so you played loud alarm music through her window to get back at her...."
"She deserved that...THIS is different!" Q says as he trips over his shoe. "Ow."
"Wow...You must really be stressed out over this..." Gileani says with a slight giggle. "Why not just wear what you normally wear?..."
"It's just that I feel as if beige is too ordinary for the big boss...it's different with Kenneth, we're like brothers....But for this meeting, I need a color that REALLY spells out "I'm professional and I have good taste in clothing...a color that shows nothing more than intelligence and good work ethic....a color like-"
"Dark blue?" Gileani says as she pulls a dark blue trench coat out of the closet.
"DARK BLUE.....That's a perfect color!" Q says as he takes the trench coat out of his wife's hand. He puts it on, and puts on the matching fedora and looks in the mirror. "I look...professional!"
"So it's settled....dark blue it is then?"
"Certainly!"
"I admit Q, I like the color too...it does suit you well..." Gileani says as she nods.
"Oh thank you Gileani my love...if it weren't for you finding this, I'd still be in that closet! What would I do without you?" Q says as he gives Gileani a hug.
"No problem, honey...." Gileani responds "Now, you have to go...you don't want to be late for your meeting, now do you?"
"Indeed I do not...Thanks again Gileani..." Q says before hurriedly exiting the bedroom and going downstairs. Cameron walks past the stairs and sees his father rushing out the door.
"What's up with dad?" Cameron asks.
"I think he found his new favorite color..." Gileani says with a chuckle.
