The government didn't respond to this quickly and MP higher officers didn't think much about a Street level Killer. Only Pixis responded and sent the best soldiers to find the killer.
All the low Nobles from different villages and towns are afraid of this killer because they can see clearly that the Nobles and their workers died. So some started to move to another place until the killer was found.
Wall Cult declared that it is a demon who started to kill people. And everyone should join their cult and the goddess will grant Protection to them. And no one joined.

One week passed very quickly, Hiro can control his power better now and can maintain his GR form if he did not lose focus. He can create more than 1000 clones and he can change to angel form at his will.

They started calling him Ghost: The Ripper. A small cult is created by a group of people who are saved by Ghost Rider. They call themselves "The Order of Justice". 'if you do evil, you will be punished by God of justice, ' they see Ghost rider as a God of justice. The funny thing is Hiro doesn't know he had Followers. In That cult, Some of them joined because of fear.

Then a person with a Hat came into that room. He is Kenny and the right-hand man of Freida.

He asked without wasting time.
Freida/Karl: I won't reveal this power to anyone and I won't do anything to stop this killer.
