Capítulo 12: 1.12 I want you

Persie strolled into his walk-in closet and hung up the riding clothes he had just pulled out from Aurora.

He put the boots underneath and looked at them, annoyed. Persie didn't want to hunt and kill innocent animals, but he had no choice.

Cole always rewarded the winner of the hunt with a wish. They could ask for anything, and Cole would oblige. In the original timeline, the body of the original was discovered after their day of hunting.

Evander had won with four kills, even giving a speech about how he would never let his illness, stop him from working hard, as though he had any side effects.

Evander was determined to impress Cole, who loved to hunt. But this time, Persie would win. He needed that wish and wanted to know its parameters.

If he failed in his plan, that wish would be lifesaving. Persie blinked when someone hugged him from behind. Cole put his head on his shoulder and looked at his riding clothes.

"Why are you frowning? Don't you like to hunt?" Cole asked.

"I like to ride, but I feel bad killing innocent animals," Persie murmured.

When Cole kissed his neck, Persie shivered. Cole asked, "Then why are you going?"

"Because I want to win that wish," Persie answered.

The hunt was an annual event, but it hadn't happened in years because Cole was off the planet.

Everyone was excited that the tradition was back because if they won, they would get whatever they desired. Cole was a miracle worker.

Cole let go of him and turned him. Persie met his eyes when Cole asked, "If you win, what do you plan on asking?"

"I'll tell you when I'm ready to cash it in," Persie replied.

Cole smiled. Persie just wanted it in case. Cole then asked, "Why were you looking at houses?"

Persie said, "I'm moving out."

Cole asked, "Did you find a house to your liking?"

"I have," Persie explained. "My realtor said I can move in Monday, but I need to call her tomorrow to see if she found me a landscaper that can make my vision come true."

The only issue with the house was the backyard. Persie wanted to add a variety of flowers and plants, and all those changes would take around three weeks.

He used Aurora to send her the plan for the backyard, and tomorrow he would know if she had someone who could do it. Thanks the Titans, he had Aurora.

The house was already furnished, so it was perfect. He loved that he lived in the future where everything could be done remotely.

"How are your parents going to feel about you moving out into your own house on Monday?" Cole asked.

"I'm not moving out on Monday," Persie spoke. "Even if she finds me a landscaper, it'll take three weeks. There'll be workers going in and out and a big mess. I'll move in when it's done."

Cole nodded. "Then you have a couple of weeks to let them know."

"I'm still leaving Monday. I'll stay at a hotel," Persie spoke.

Cole's brows furrowed imperceptively. "Are your parents alright with that?"

"Demetrius and Calista will be fine," Persie answered.

Despite what they thought, Demetrius and Calista loved the original. He did so much for them that even if they wanted to stop caring for him, now that they had Evander, they wouldn't have been able to.

They just didn't realize it. It took the death of the mortal in the original timeline, for them to discover that.

Still, Persie wanted them to truly feel heartbreak and have them beg him on their knees in the end, not to leave the family. This is what the mortal wanted, so he would make his wish come true.

Cole gazed at Persie, pulling him into his embrace and kissing him. Persie kissed him back shyly.

When Cole deepened the kiss, Persie held onto Cole's neck. The kiss quickly became desperate, and they both felt their hearts beating out of their chests.

They could feel their pheromones merging and becoming one, making them more frantic. Cole pulled back, glanced into Persie's eyes, and knew he felt the same way.

Panting, they looked at each other as Cole laced their hands and walked them toward the door.

"What are you doing?" Persie asked.

Cole stopped and met his eyes. "I'm going to make you mine, in every single way."

Persie's heart skipped a beat as Cole caressed his bottom lip and confessed, "I've never wanted anyone as much as I want you, Blossom."

"Really?" Persie asked, breathless.

"Really. I never lie," Cole replied, his heartbeat quickening.

Persie swallowed, realizing that before he met Cole, he had never wanted someone as much as he wanted him.

"I feel the same way," he murmured, biting his lip.

Cole smiled and gave him a small kiss before leading him out of the room. As they approached Luke's bedroom, Persie sneezed, and Cole stopped, touching his forehead.

"Are you sick?" he asked.

Before Persie could answer, Luke opened his door, and Cole looked at him, surprised. The way Luke had opened the door suggested that Persie's sneeze had startled him.

"Did we startle you?" Cole asked.

Luke smiled and replied, "No, I just wanted to make sure everything was okay." Luke glanced at Persie and saw the love shining in his eyes.

But when Cole glanced at him, Persie looked down.

"Are you sick?" Cole asked again.

"No," Persie replied, meeting his eyes.

He leaned in and gave Cole a shy kiss, pulling back with flushed cheeks. Cole's heart melted, and he pulled Persie closer, kissing him hungrily.

Luke's eyes darkened as he reentered his bedroom, standing against the door and mocking himself with a smile.

Upon hearing Persie sneeze, he recognized his voice and opened the door, not expecting him to be with Cole.

Seeing Persie so in love and moving on quickly angered him, as he believed that come Sunday, Persie would come crying to him once Cole would be done with him.

Persie entered the beautiful suite, his eyes widening in awe at the sheer elegance of the room.

The stunning view of the garden outside the floor-to-ceiling windows caught his attention, and he took a moment to appreciate the glittering sky in the distance. The stars twinkled against the darkening sky.

Turning his attention back to the room, Persie took in the luxurious furnishings that surrounded him.

The walls were a soft cream color that complemented the plush, neutral-toned carpet underfoot.

In the center of the room, a large, ornate chandelier hung from the ceiling, casting a warm glow throughout the space.

The furniture was all of the highest quality, from the sleek leather sofa to the polished wooden coffee table in front of it.

As Persie walked around the suite, he noticed several rooms branching off from the main living area.

Cole led him to a spacious bedroom, complete with a king-size bed adorned with soft, fluffy pillows and a thick, cozy duvet.

The room was dimly lit, with a soft golden glow emanating from a bedside lamp. The walls were decorated with tasteful artwork that added to the overall feeling of sophistication and elegance.

Cole asked, "Do you like it?"

Persie simply nodded. Although the suite was beautiful, he didn't care about it. He was sure that Cole was used to impressing all of his bed partners when they entered it.

Cole smiled, feeling more assured that Persie was the one for him due to his indifference toward the suite's elegance.
