I couldn't believe what was unfolding before my eyes, the man who was the sole reason for starting the Human-Demon war was standing before me.

To be honest he didn't look like that bad of a man everyone claimed he was.

But I can't judge yet.

Enri moved closer to his cottage and the woman I assumed was his wife.

Enri approached the cottage, his presence bringing a sense of anticipation.

He reached the door and was greeted by a stunning woman, who radiated warmth and affection. Their eyes met with a familiarity that spoke volumes.

"Natalia, honey, I'm back from town,"Enri said taking his hands out of his pocket.

"Is lunch ready?"He went ahead to ask grabbing his wife by the waist.

"Not yet, but I was about to...you're home early,"Natalia spoke.

Without hesitation, Enri pulled Natalia close, their lips meeting in a tender kiss before they entered the cottage.

Inside, the scene unfolded with a sense of normalcy.
