Capítulo 73: [+]Chapter 70 - Defeated.
While it took some time for Tom to find Ingenium, it was rather easy to follow the hero around.
Just as Tom was following up on Ingenium, the said hero was busy looking for Stain, and the said killer was looking for Tom.
Each had their own agenda and were after each other, Tom was trying to save ingenium who will be heavily injured and crippled, Ingenium was looking for stain to deliver justice, while Stain was looking for Tom to kill him and earn the right to enter UA to challenge his only hero or whatever.
This Stain was rather different from the canon Stain who only had one thought in his mind, this one wanted to be recognised by the pillar of justice, And to do that he needed to meet him, the only for him to do that is to join hands with Shigaraki.
The sun fell and the moon hung in the sky, even Tom who was usually full of energy was tired by now, just as he was about to call it quits, thinking that the world had been affected because of his choices, which was true in a sense.
He felt a small chill, like his life was going to be forfeited, A familiar sensation of killing intent emerged right where he was standing.
Tom put strength in his feet as he jumped high in the air to find a small sword mark where his body had been previously.
"As expected of someone that can be qualified to teach in UA, unfortunately, you have to die today, Faker!" Hero killer stain smirked as he rushed after completing his monologue.
Tom who was was so close to death, and was a little surprised, Stain had been able to control his killing intent so easily.
Though he quickly calmed down and hardened his skin, his body glowed as the damage absorption quirk also activated, his body emitting the familiar cursed energy as he got ready to deal with Hero killer.
'He had crippled so many heroes and killed as well, let's just give him a taste of his own medicine,' Tom smiled as he welcomed the fast approaching hero killer.
Just as he was about to block the fast approaching Sword, the sounds of the revving of an engine sounded.
*boom*
A kick struck Stain on his side as he was sent flying away,
"Are you alright?" Asked Ingenium as he made a superhero entry with a smile on his face, he wasn't wearing his helmet.
"I am fine, thank you," Although Tom had everything under control, he felt it would be bad to refuse help.
Stain wasn't one to admit defeat so easily, Ingenium didn't know who this person that was about to be killed by Stain was, but he knew that Stain only fights heroes.
So the both of them made way into the alley in which Stain had been thrown, Tom couldn't help but whistle as he looked at Stain who was fine even after falling from such a height.
"You keep him busy, I will rush from the side and deal with him," Ingenium ordered as he ran towards Stain.
Though Stain had been dealt a heavy blow, he wasn't a pushover, he had beaten stronger heroes.
"Don't get in my wayyy!" The sword rung out as Ingenium was forced to change his direction or else his head would have been separated from his body.
Tom also appeared as be punched out at Stain's head.
*Clang*
*chiiiii*
Sparks flew as a sword clashed against hardened Skin.
"Go and call for reinforcements," Tom decided not to take any chances and advised Ingenium who was sprawled on the ground.
It was then that he noticed a small cut on the hero's face,
"Great!"
Tom decided not to worry about this as he exchanged a few punches with Stain who was not so slow himself.
No! He was slow, but he was able to counter Tom's attack due to his superior swordskills and experience.
While Tom wasn't one to loose out so easily as he kept rehardening his body so as not to let Stain cut him.
Although he could have dealt with Stain much faster, he decided to test his current strength against the hero killer.
And what he felt didn't disappoint him.
'If I had this much strength and experience during the USJ incident, I wouldn't have passed out,' Tom smiled.
After few minutes, Stain could be seen panting as he stared at Tom who was as calm as before, Like he wasn't fighting for his life a few minutes ago.
"I have to go back to the dorm so how about we just deal with this," Tom smiled as he activated his cursed speech.
[Sleep]
As soon as the words rang out, Stain who was filled with fighting spirits felt like he had been injected with elephant tranquilizers and fell.

Stain's Legs broke as well as his arms, all this didn't wake him up as he kept sleeping, while Tom heard the familiar voice of the system and decided to make a run for it, as he saw Ingenium finally able to move.
"Good bye! Call the police before he wakes up," Tom waved his hands as he ran away leaving behind a confused Ingenium.
