The query permeates into my ears. Awakening my senses. Wait. Huh? The familiar room, the swaying curtains, and the bright chandelier above me. When did I go back to my chamber? I thought I was asleep in Verena's bed since last night. Did I sleepwalk perhaps?

"We can't remain silent anymore, my lord. Please give an order" Albert pleads beneath a scowl, which perplexes me more. "Order? For what?" I raise a brow. It is when Albert tilts his head to return a confused gaze. I guess we both are. "My lord, please don't pretend to be clueless"

He spits. "Albert, I think you are mistaken. You should not speak without the initial; otherwise, how do you expect me to understand?" Furrowing brows, I retort. Hushing down the man across me who is kneeling. He blinks. Staring through my eyes. "Are you sick, my lord?"
