"You can do that?" Adam asked. But he wasn't too surprised, as one of the reasons he enslaved the kobolds was to take them as steeds. Kobolds can get really strong in their wolf form, so he believed that they could be of use as steeds at some point for the hobgoblins. As hobgoblins are well known for their lack of stamina, promoting them to the cavalry would be a good way to solve this defect in their system. But what he never expected was that the goblins would manage to figure it out even without him interfering.
