[ A/N: Word of warning I have utterly no idea about the intricacies of JJK and I haven't seen the anime in its entirety, I picked the powers and character transformation simply because I thought he looked sick as shit. ]

Albert was trained in many forms of combat in his previous life. It gave him experience in multiple fields such as Swordsmanship/Fencing, Judo, Jujitsu, Boxing, and kickboxing adept at using any ranged weapon which includes bows and firearms.
Albert held a surprisingly high IQ score of 141 barely qualifying himself as a genius but a genius nonetheless.
After being transmigrated he inherits the power of Hanami from Jujutsu Kaisen, in short, he has the uncanny ability to manipulate plants of all kinds including branches. The only difference between him and Hanami is his version is very similar to a transformation seen in the Nine Titans, this means he is not a cursed spirit but holds the same strength as Hanami in JJK.
After transforming into Hanami he possesses Superhuman Physical Characteristics, (Speed, Lifting Strength, Striking Strength, Durability) Eternal Life, (Cannot Die From Old Age) Regeneration (Regrow Lost Limbs) Enhanced Senses, Plant Manipulation, Life Force Absorption & Energy Projection (His left arm can siphon the life-force of nearby plants, converting them into his own Energy, allowing him to release a massive blast of energy)
