Caspian nodded as he quickly followed Grace to the front lines. During this time, he couldn't help but wonder something and immediately asked Grace, "Mom, what was that red dome? I've never seen anything like it."
"That was my blood," Grace replied frankly.
Of course, Caspian was speechless by such a matter. After a few seconds, he asked, "How…?"
"I don't think I told you this… but keep it a secret. Right now, I'm a blood-manipulating vampire. Although I should be able to control anyone's blood, I'm only able to control mine well enough for now. I crystallized my blood in the form of a dome to protect you from attackers while you evolved. Of course, I was standing guard outside."
Hearing this explanation, Caspian nodded his head softly. Once they arrived and faced the dark beasts, Grace couldn't help but ask, "Caspian, how did you evolve? Were you fighting? If not, what happened?"
Finally! The end of volume two. As I may have said, the upload rates will become slower from now on, but I will have to take a rest and recollect my thoughts, so there will be a short hiatus of maybe one or two weeks. After I come back, the upload rate will be 3-4 chapters a week since I'll be starting to write my other novels, which look more promising than this one.
I've almost written about 250k words, but the views are not up to standard, so even though I love this story, it will not be my priority.
As for the lack of R-18 chapters, I'm sorry, haha. But I felt like I had to establish the plot more in this volume and make a lot more R-18 ones in the future volume. I sure hope you enjoyed reading through... the few people who actually read through my stuff... and I hope you will continue reading.
