This is especially helpful in battling monsters and animals, as the lack of oxygen during a fight can lead to fatal injury and, in this case, death.

And the best part was that he's eating mana beasts now. This can increase the amount of mana inside someone's body and it can purify the mana and regular intake of it can increase and change physical aspects as well.
