Capítulo 56: Family Without Her

The cab indeed had been waiting for quite some time. Liliana apologized for her tardiness, earning a relieved smile from the driver.

After giving the location, the cab slowly left the front of the residential complex.

Liliana looked at her phone, staring briefly at the digital clock. Hopefully, the traffic was smooth. She didn't want to be late for an important meeting.

Thomas told Liliana to meet him at Blue Moon, a fine dining restaurant nearby the Xin Corporation building. Serving delectable French cuisine, it was one of the places where he always frequented.

"So cold..."

Liliana blurted out the moment she got off the cab. If not for the urgent matter that required her to face her father, Liliana would choose to curl up under a blanket while watching a movie.

Blue Moon was located in between two buildings. It had its own private yard which was now decorated with colorful garlands and fairy lights.
