Capítulo 203: A blossoming relationship

When Isla had stepped out to meet kaiser, Damien was the only one left in the room. Immediately after the door closed, his silver lashes went up revealing his ruby eyes and he rose into a sitting position on the bed with his gaze fixed on the door. He was aware that his uncle kaiser had come to see them, but he wasn't in the mood to see him.

Thanks to sensitivity training with his uncle Gael, Damien was more sensitive to sounds, even if it was a whisper. During his training, his uncle Gael would blindfold him and he would try to catch the latter.

'Young master, there may be a time when your eyes would become useless on the battlefield, and the situation would force you to use your ears and any of your other senses against the enemy. This training would help you not to depend only on your eyes.' His uncle gael had told him this.
