''Uncle, you are not going to allow your new daughter and new born grandson to suffer under the scorching sun. Are you?''

Kaiser's words made something to click in Lance's head. Immediately he turned into a proper host and led them into the large residence. 

As they began to walk into the building, Isla had the time to check out the barony. It was not what she expected for a baron, since that title was lowest in the noble hierarchy. The emperor was really generous to the empress's father and his actions were appropriate. After all, this was his father-in-law.

The residence was not as large as the buildings in the capital, but compared to the grandeur and exquisite exteriors of those buildings, it did not lose in any form.
