Kaisei Academy Van
Inoue drove toward Tokyo with the team to have a practice match with Fukodarani Academy. Laugh after laugh could be heard inside the van, warming up the cold steel of the van.
Inoue smiled as he reach out for the speaker and played a newly released song from YUI.

Everyone stopped what they were doing a chose to sing along to the song of YUI in a different tone causing laughter to break out.
"" HaHaHaHaHa...""
Although the weather was chilling, the atmosphere in the van was warming. They passed by the myriads of people on sidewalks as they made their way toward their opposing team.

Arriving at Fukoradani Academy.
Today was the day scheduled by both teams to have a match-up before the AJapmSAT week.
Tatsuo with his team stepped out of their van and walked straight to the gymnasium of Fukoradani Academy. The ball bouncing to the ground could be heard inside which invoke excitement in Kaisei players.
Sensing the atmosphere, Tatsuo went forward to reach the long handle of the door and opened it without much thought.
*creak*
The people inside made a sudden stop as they turned their heads toward the sound.
'Tch, another unlubricated door...' Tatsuo's right eye squinted uncontrollably before adjusting himself as he looked around the gym.
"Ahem, sorry for intrusion..." Tatsuo bowed before continuing "We're the Kaisei Academy boy's volleyball team. Please take care of us!"
"" Please take care of us!"" followed by everyone behind him.
Coach Nagato nudged his team to greet back as he walked forward to coach Inoue to give a welcome and handshake.
"" Please take care of us!"" followed by everyone from Fukodarani Academy.
"I'm sorry for not being able to welcome you..." Coach Nagato bowed his head toward coach Inoue whose slightly embarrassed by the situation.
"I-it's okay, senior. No need to bow your head at me..." Inoue said while scratching his nape.
"If you say so... We've just arrived a few minutes before to set up the court..." Coach Nagato then looked over his team who went back to what they were doing as he spoke.
'Well, we can't blame them. We're too early to arrive...' Tatsuo checked the time on his watch.

After the greetings, Coach Nagato went and called out his team to introduce them to Kaisei Academy. Fukodarani players went behind their coach and waited for him to say something.
"This is our captain, Fuji Shinji. Say hello to them" Coach Nagato said as he looked at Fuji.
"Hello, I'm the captain of Fukodarani Academy, Fuji Shinji. Please to meet you!" Fuji bowed his head toward the Kaisei players.
"Ahem... This is our captain of Kaisei Academy, Mayeda Tatsuo." Inoue said after adjusting himself.
Tatsuo stepped forward and spoke out "Hello, I'm the captain of Kaisei Academy, Mayeda Tatsuo. Please-"
"Ah! I know you!... so that's why you're familiar when I first saw you earlier..." A voice sounded put behind the line in front, interrupting Tatsuo's introduction. And as if in one mind, they cut their line like Moses but horizontally. "You're the libero that time when I was in 4th grade!"
"Oh that, you mean the school festival?" Tatsuo said as he scratched his temples as looked at the boy's overall.
He has round, golden-colored eyes and spiky white-grey hair with black streaks; certain sections of it are done up as if to vaguely conform to that of an animal, strongly amplifying the uncanny resemblance he bore to a horned owl.
"Yes! You were so cool that time when you receive the first ball. You went like this..." Bokuto said as he demonstrate how Tatsuo received the ball.
All players just laughed at Bokuto's behavior. It even reminded Kaisei Academy of Nunoe.
"What's your name?" Tatsuo asked after adjusting himself.
"I'm Bokuto, short for Koutaro Bokuto, the future ace of Fukodarani Academy!" Bokuto energetically introduced himself.
And at that moment, Tatsuo became dazed. All memories he remembered for Bokuto broke out in his mind.
'Bokuto is one of my favorite characters in Haikyuu. He is the captain and ace of Fukoradani Academy when the first episode aired. He has a playful, friendly, bombastic, and child-like personality...' Tatsuo thought.
"Hello? hello? Are you still here? Coach, I think he got possessed" Bokuto waved his hand inches in front of Tatsuo's eyes as he turned his head to his coach.
"Ah, we're sorry about that. Tatsuo-san rarely has that moment when he becomes dazed out of nowhere" Inuoe apologized to their opponent and that was when Tatsuo woke up.
"Oh sorry about that. I was just thinking of something" Tatsuo smiled embarrassingly. Afterward, both teams proceeded to introduce themselves to each other while Tatsuo looked around to see if there were any familiar people and indeed, there is one.
He has neat, medium-length dirty-blonde hair, narrow eyes, and an average build.
'Akinori Konoha. I don't know much about him but I remember him because he was cheering up Bokuto when he's in the bad mood and appeared to be most annoyed about it when it happens.' Tatsuo analyzed while the recipient didn't know he was being analyzed.
"Who are you?" Bokuto exclaimed as he sensed himself at the blondie in front of him.
"You, what are you?" Nunoe replied as he felt the same. He pointed at Bokuto before asking "Are you the ace of your team?"
"No, but I will be in the future!" Bokuto declared.
"Weakling..." Nunoe whispered but Bokuto heard it.
"But are you stronger than me?!" Bokuto went to ask for a challenge.
"Oh, you wanna do this right now?" Nunoe said as he rolled up his jersey sleeves and Bokuto went to do the same.
Both captains of each side were ready to step up in case a fight happen but, it seems like their interjection was not needed anymore.
A blondie and an owl plummeted to the floor together as they went for arm wrestling. Everyone sighed relieved.
The introduction ended as both went to set up the court cooperatively while the two one-brained-celled humans scowled at each other.
"HaHaHa, see that? that's the Ace's strength" Bokuto put his hands on his waist laughing in victory.
"But you cheated. You made me believe that a ball is coming behind me!" Nunoe complained.
"That's what you call the 'ace feint'" Bokuto reasoned out.
"I do not accept your victory!" Nunoe indicated another arm wrestling challenge.
"Then, I don't accept your 'I do not accept your victory!'" Bokuto retorted.
But even before a fight broke out, both captains went to take their kid much to their reluctance.

I searched Bokuto's middle school and it says ushimi middle school. So, let's just say he went to fukuradani academy at that time🤣
