Capítulo 23: 23- The Captains Join

Asta looked at the high level fights. He balled his fists up, and looked determined. He wanted to reach that level, he knew he will reach that level.
Asta was lost in thought as he was watching these high level fights. Asta didn't notice the spatial magic gate that opened next to him. Out of the spatial gate three captains stepped out.
"I still can't believe that Yami is having all this fun, without telling me keke" - Jack
Only after Jack said that, did Asta notice them. But before Asta can say anything, the other captains said something else
"I have to come out here in the middle of the night to save this foreigner, and now I have to deal with this commoner" - Nozel
"I can't believe that a captain would need rescuing. I shouldn't have expected more from a man like that" - Charlotte
As if on que, captain Yami landed right in front of them.
While Charlotte was telling Yami something about how much of an uncouth man he is, Nozel took a look towards one side of the cavern. His eyes widened when he saw Noah. Noah made a black lance and then he launched it at Vetto.
'He's just as fierce as you mother' - Nozel almost teared up. But he took a deep breath and steeled himself. Turning to the side he saw Licht descend from the air.
Licht moved his hand slightly and tens of light swords of judgment appeared around him. He waved his hand and the tens of swords started flying at the four captains.
While Licht was firing his attacks, the body of Fana came flying at him. Licht put his hand and caught the falling Fana. Licht looked up and saw Noah floating up in the air, in his left hand was the unconscious body of Rhya, an in his right hand was the unconscious body of Vetto.
Just as licht was about to attack Noah, he felt the ground under his feet crack. Licht jumped up and dodged the briers. Just as Licht jumped higher, a make-shift silver hand reached over to catch him. Licht sent a light beam at the hand, completely destroying it. From both Licht's right and left. Black and green slashes were hurled at him.
Noah was watching the captains attack Licht at the same time. He chose to keep watching for now.
Asta on the other hand was very impressed by the power the captains had. Asta felt his excitement blow through the roof. He wanted to jump in there and attack Licht along side them.
After about ten more minutes, Noah decided to interfere in the battle. Noah clapped his hands together, and multiple black pillars showed around the perimeter of the cavern. Out of the black pillars, black smoke started seeping out. In seconds, the entire cavern was covered in black smoke.
The four captains and Asta, were the only ones who were able to see through the black mist, because Noah allowed it of course. As for Licht, he couldn't see at all. Even his magic sense was completely blocked.
Licht's eyes shifted towards the area where he last saw Noah. 'Just what is his magic? He can use it in a solid form, liquid form and even gaseous form. It acidic, and burns others mana. That's not including that weird form he goes into' Licht thought, then his eyes shifted to where Fana's body was laying. 'It definitely is not a spirit, it feels different.' Licht was brought out of his thoughts when he was struck by a slash on his chest.
The group of captains looked at Yami. Seeing him send a slash at Licht, and Licht was hit for the first time, they were surprised. That's when the captains understood that they're fine, but Licht is not.
Licht then realized just how much trouble he's in. Multiple attacks came flying from the captains at Licht. Licht realized he can't see the attacks, nor can he sense them. The best he can do is move around in random patterns. While Licht was flying around, the captains have been raining spells at him.
Licht was flying around with a sense of urgency. He was getting hit every once in a while, and he wanted to escape from here. He can't tell where the exit is. The spatial magic user was out, and even if he wasn't, Licht had no idea where he was. Rhya was the only other person that can bring them out of here, but even him was knocked out somewhere.
Licht kept propping around with his mana. He started to use light magic to light up the area around him. After spending massive amount of mana using his mana zone. Even then, Noah's magic was consuming his mana. Licht was using enough mana to cover the entire cavern with his mana zone, yet due to Noah's spell he can barely cover ten meters around him.
Even though it was much tighter now, Licht was still able to dodge from ten meters.
Noah was still floating in the same place as he was before. He was watching Licht fly around doing his best to dodge. Licht had started flying closer to the ground. He was hoping to find Rhya. Even though Noah had understood what Lich was doing, he didn't stop him. Noah just watched.
After about ten minutes of flying around at top speed, Licht was able to find Rhya. He still had to dodge the attacks coming from the captains. Charlotte noticed Rhya laying on the ground, she also noticed how Licht seemed to be trying to get close to him. She used her brier magic and captured Rhya and moved his body away.
Licht flew around, and after the last dodge, he was going to dive in and get Rhya. Just after he made his last round around, he dove towards the area where Rhay's unconscious body is.
'What!' Licht shouted in his mind, he was surprised. 'They noticed me? Did they notice that I was aiming for him? I have to find him again. I can keep this up but after some time, I'll run out of mana'
Licht did his best, and he was able to find Rhya again. But every time he did, Charlotte would move Rhya's body else where. This went on for ten more minutes, until Rhya woke up. When he did he was surprised to have no sight.
Licht heard Rhya shouting, and screaming. "Rhya! Open a portal and get us out of here!" - Licht couldn't help but shout
Rhya opened a portal, and in doing so, he was able to get more people to come to the cavern.
"Attack, I don't care in what direction you attack. Just send out your attacks!" - Rhya ordered hastily. He didn't care about the humans. He wanted to get his companions out of here.
Now the captains who were quite the whole as to not get caught by Licht, had started to get even louder and bolder when attacking.
Noah watched the whole situation.
[Why aren't you helping Noah] - Draco
[If I wanted to I would've killed him long a go. But in the future he might achieve something that I'm interested in] - Noah
[What is that?] - Draco
[You ever heard of Demon Light Magic, or Dark Light Magic?] - Noah
[Demon Light Magic? Dark Light Magic? I don't even think something like that is even possible] - Draco
[Exactly. So until I witness that, I'll let him live]
Noah went back to watching the struggle. He eased up on the black smoke. If he had kept it as potent, then all of the people Rhya brough wouldn't be able to use magic at all. But now they can us magic, just if they put a lot of mana in their attacks.
Within five minutes, Licht, and Rhya were able to collect the bodies of Vetto and Fana, before jumping into a portal.
Once the elves were gone, Noah upped the black smoke potency again. This caused the other mages to get knocked out instantly when they got all the mana in their bodies absorbed so suddenly.
