Capítulo 36: TENCHO WAR ARC: INFILTRATION
Tatsuya and Ineyo were both kneeling on the ground before Ryujin and Himawari, their face was red and they both stared at the ground in shame
"Oi, Tatusya at least you could've waited till the war was over before settling down, and making a family"
Ryujin says, this made Ineyo blush more as her face pure red Tatsuya was annoyed but yet still feeling ashamed
"Like I said Captain, Its not what you think" Tatsuya revolts
"Then how do you explain how you and Ineyo-chan will sleep together, in the same tent, holding each other tightly all through out the night Junior-kun" Himawari says
"It's not Tatsuya-kun fault..." Ineyo tries to protect him but Tatsuya cuts her short
"Alright I admit, we were sleeping together" Tatsuya sighs
"Wow that's was too fast Tatsuya, I'm impressed" Ryujin says
"Captain, Junior-kun just made his move why won't make your's me!!!? Himawari hugs Ryujin but he just pretends as if she wasn't there and focused on Tatsuya and Ineyo
"But of you should eat and head to the meeting tent, we will discuss our next plan there" He says and face the crying Himawari
"And will you stop clinging on to me!!!" He removes her from his body and tosses her away and leaves
Haaa.... Tatsuya sighs
"That went smoother than I imagined"
"Humm... Tatsuya-kun" Ineyo calls
hmmm??
"Humm... I'm sorry about what happened" Ineyo whispers but enough for Tatsuya's hearing
"Don't think about, you didn't do anything wrong. Let's go and have breakfast" Tatsuya displays a handsome smile making Ineyo's heart throbs for a second
"Yes"
After their breakfast, as directed by Ryujin they head over to the meeting tent to discuss their next move
"We have to infiltrate their camp" Ryujin says and continued
"The battle we previously had reduced us by one third of our initial number, we don't want to incur in such loss again if we want to take over Harima" Ryujin says and everybody in the tent agreed with him with a nod
"The situation at hand now is who will go in?" Ryujin uses his hand to support his chin, and everyone enters in to thinking mode the tent was silent
'I'll need Yasushi and Himawari close to me, since they have the first hand battle experience, Tatsuya and Ineyo are still newbies and promising, I wouldn't want to make them go in there and make a little mistake or two that will cause them their lives, sending a random samurai will be a 'no go' I need a pro for this...'
"Let me do it" Tatsuya breaks the silence
"What makes you think you can pull this off, Tatsuya" Ryujin asks
"First of all, I am a Shinobi, wr were trained for situations like this and secondly, I'm confident I can do it" Tatsuya says
'Well I can't tell them I was in the drama club in my past life'
Hmmm....
Ryujin contemplates in his thoughts
"Alright, you have to pull this off Tatsuya, you have a month to pull this off Tatsuya, render them useless from within" Ryujin says
"Roger Captain" Tatsuya says and the meeting was dismissed
In the evening that same day Tatsuya was meant to infiltrate the enemy. Tatsuya was in his tent getting himself ready mentally and physically, he wore a torn and dirty cloths scattered his hair and mixed them with dirt, same with his face. He looks at the long Butterfly obi given to him by Yue and held it tightly and leaves the tent.
Coming outside, everyone were waiting for him, his team mates and the commander of the Samurai
"You ready Tatsuya?" Ryujin asks
"Yes Captain" He responds
"I don't have much to say, but the least I have I'll say it. Tatsuya, never get attached to anything or anyone inside there, you will end up messing your life up, That's all take care and make sure not to get killed" Ryujin waves his hand and leaves the place
"Junior-kun this mission is on your shoulders make sure not to mess it up" Himawari follows Ryujin, Yasushi just waved at him with a smile and follows them.
Remaining Ineyo, Tatsuya walks up to her and grab her hand putting the obi inside her palm and closes it
"Thia is very precious to me, help me and take care of it, and if by any chance I get to attached make sure you drag me out, okay" Tatsuya says
"Hmm.." She nods and hugs him
Sob... sniff...
"Haa...Ineyo-chan are you crying??"
"Tatsuya-kun, make sure... make sure you come back" Ineyo says while hugging him tightly
"Haaa...Ineyo-chan....?"
"You are...you are the only one... I've got..Tatsuya-kun" She sobs more and more, Tatsuya grabs her by her shoulder and looks into her big teary round eyes
"Give me a month" Tatsuya assures her
"Hmmm..." She nods and wipes her tears and with that Tatsuya begins his journey to the enemy's camp, on foot its an hour journey
"Get attached?? what a joke, after all I lose everything I get attached to, so what's the point of getting attached to someone" Tatsuya laughs and begins his journey
An hour later, in the enemy camp. It was now night and patrol guards wandering up and down the place.
*Bang *Bang
A knock was heard on the wooden gate set up by the army
*Bang *Bang *Bang
The knock became more violent. All the samurais gathered at the gate to check what was the cause of such noise this night.
*Bang *Bang *Bang
The knock continued, one of the Samurai rushed to open the gate
"Halt!!!" A loud shout was heard from behind, getting the attention of everyone. It was the Commander
"We are close to enemy territory this type of method is expected from them, be careful and be on guard" He says and all of them draws out their Katana as one of them goes to open the door
*creeekk....
The gate was opened slowly and for a moment nothing happened. The samurais began to move closer to the gate and then, a mentally ill looking person jumps inside rolling on the floor jumping from one place to another and shouting
"They are coming, they are coming, the ghost of the dead I see them, I seeeee them they are here" Obviously this was Tatsuya
'Its going according to plan, I waited for few seconds after they opened the gates to draw their attention more and more to me and then I catch them by suprise, now the only issues is for them not to kill me'
Tatsuya continued jumping here and there on top of them, until he comes to a pause and squats down closing his ears like a typical mentally ill person
"They are here, I see them, I hear them, they are after me please save me, I'll do anything anything" He says and cling unto one of the Samurai
"Commander, its just sick man what should we do about him" The Samurai asks
"Hmmm...he might be one of the enemy, break some bones and through him where the other are, make sure to immobilise him very well" The commander says and leaves the place
"Roger" they carried Tatsuya to deal with him
'Infiltration plan complete' Tatsuya grins as they carried him out.
With Tatsuya's Infiltration an being a success, what type of event awaits Tatsuya will he get attached to someone or something, will it affect him mentally or not, there is only one way to find out.
Meanwhile, 20 kilometres East from Tatsuya's current location, two youths are spotted within the thick bush one a boy and the other a girl. They seem to be looking for something or probably someone, this was the time their duty to humanity starts, they are humans who work and risk their lives at night so that their fellow humans can have a peaceful night rest and this set of people are non other The Demon Slayers
