Capítulo 21: Buffer
"So we'll just station ourselves when the time is right."
I looked at Zabuza who nodded, for the past month I've been learning Fuinjutsu, I gave him a scroll that could hide his sword anytime.
"Yes just wait a bit more, when the Final exams starts, that's the signal."
"Alright, good luck kid."
I nodded at Zabuza and Haku as I quickly left them.
When I returned home I quickly changed my clothes, I went to the Yamanaka flower shop, Ino wasn't there but someone else, I quickly bought flowers as I went to visit Hinata as I usually did during this past few weeks.
"Yuki-nii!"
Fu came up to me as I held her hand, right we would usually visit Hinata while she would play with Hanabi, there's only three days left and for the past few days I locked myself up trying to master the Uzumaki Fuinjutsu.
When we arrived at Hinata's room Hiashi was there and was about to leave.
"Hello Uncle!"
Fu happily greeted him as he just nodded, he looked at me and patted my shoulder and didn't say anything, guess I got his approval? I then went inside and saw Hinata was looking outside.
"Hinata-nee!"
Fu called her out as she placed the flowers on the vase beside her, She smiled and patted Fu's head, I sat beside her as she was still recovering and coughing, while Fu was sitting and listening to us.
I slowly patted her back and smiled, I sat beside her and began peeling apples.
"Hinata, its fine if you can't come and watch."
"But I want to Yuki-kun."
"Hinata, I want you to rest properly, I don't want to see you hurt besides, there's no one that can stop me from winning! So Neji came here yesterday right?"
"He did, he apologized for his behavior and that it'll not happen again."
"Did he say anything else?"
"He said he'll change for the better, after losing to you."
"I guess I beat some sense into him then."
"By the way Yuki-kun, were you really mad?"
"Of course! but I also had faith in you and I was proud that you forced him to that extent! But still I had to beat him up because he made you hurt, no one gets away from me if they hurt you."
"Yuki-kun."
I smiled at her while Fu came to me and wanted a slice so I gave it to her then I gave the rest to Hinata, I stayed for awhile and accompanied her until it was time to say goodbye.
"Remember to rest for awhile alright?"
"I will."
Before I left I felt a small tug from my sleeves, I looked at Hinata, I came close to her and she hugged my waist, I hugged her back and patted her back.
"Don't worry about anything Hinata just get some rest."
"Mm."
When I got out I sent Fu home to her new apartment, which was relatively close to mine, I stayed with her and made dinner before I left since I was like her Pseudo caretaker now, I've also been monitoring this place and I'm glad Root wasn't here.
Right three more days, three more days.

Today was the day, I've let things happen develop the same way it happened, while some deviations appeared but it was just a slight bump.
'I've avoided everyone that needed to be avoided, I was sad to learn of Hayate's death but it was necessary for the plan to move forward, after this event when Danzo is dead, I can be more flexible and free.'
When I got outside of the house, Kakashi wasn't even here he was still teaching Sasuke, but.
"You can do it Yuki-nii!"
Hanabi appeared outside my house with Fu, she hugged me and gave me a piece of candy, I patted her head as I smiled.
I then saw Hinata, she was wearing a blue sweater this time, she came near me and hugged me without question, I hugged her back.
"Go and win Yuki-kun."
"I will."
I immediately teleported, and made my way.
"Bah! The two of you are always like this."
Kiba arrived along with Choji as they saw Hinata standing there with Hanabi and Fu, they had planned to greet Yuki good luck but he had left already.
"Come on Hinata."
Kiba offered Hinata, she looked conflicted, until she saw Neji arrive.
"Was I late?"
Neji asked Hinata who nodded at his question, he then looked at the two clan boys, he knew who Hinata's teammates were and who Choji was.
"Can we come with?"
Neji asked them as he was with Tenten, he too wanted to see Yuki fight, Guy had explained to them how and why the Hokage intervened and that if he didn't Neji would have been dead, and that Yuki wasn't the normal genin you would find.
"If you want to Neji"
Kiba told Neji, Neji looked at Hinata, he was somewhat guilty of what he did to Hinata but after a week Yuki took the time to meet up with him, they sparred in Taijutsu and no matter what Neji did, he found himself always at a loss.
'I want to be strong, strong enough to protect the ones I care about, that's what I want Neji, and I'm sorry if I took it out on you.'
Neji remembered Yuki's words, after their spars they would usually talk about their lives, he was surprised to hear that Yuki was an orphan and thanks to that it got him thinking about his fate and his current circumstances.
Neji then a received something from Hiashi and a day after that, and it was a day he would never forget.
"I'm sorry Hinata."
Neji said as he looked at Hinata, Hinata nodded at him.
"Hey save your family drama the tournament is gonna start soon."

I arrived at where Karin was, she was currently staying somewhere far from the arena."
"Ah Yuki good luck today!"
"Thanks, Karin, if anything happens today, I want you to run to the shelter immediately okay?'
"Why?"
"Just do what I say."
"If you say so Yuki"
"Take care, remember to run to the shelter!"
Karin nodded before I left, when I teleported I had arrived at the center with Tales of the Utterly Gusty Shinobi in my hand, we were waiting for Naruto and Sasuke, I walked towards where Ino was.
"Good luck today Ino."
"Yuki-kun!"
She pinched me, I know she was nervous and she wanted to hug me but that can be done later, after awhile Naruto was launched towards the Arena, I shook my head then the Hokage began his boring speech again.
"For the first match, Yuki Hatake versus."
I raised my eyebrows wondering who I would fight, since I replaced Neji's spot.
"Kankuro."
"Eh? I get to fight a useless guy? Can you give me someone more challenging? Naruto would be a better option at this point."
I knew he would surrender when he was picked, might as well rile him up, although he was a good guy I had to put on a show today.
"That's what has been decided the two of you stay, the rest can go."
"Might as well concede then if you're gonna give me a shitty fighter, say it now Genma-san, so I can go back to sleep or read my book its a boring fight anyway."
I heard Kankuro crack his knuckles, looks like he's ready.
"You dare look down on me?"
"Of course."
Genma looked at us and made way.
"Begin."
"I conc-"
"Shut up and fight me like a man!"
"A man? You're a kid like me, stop talking like you're older than me."
Right when he was about to reveal his puppet I threw a Kunai at him he smirked and like any other idiot he anticipated that I would appear behind him.
"Hey."
I appeared in front of him which startled him, his eyes widened when he saw the blue ball on my right hand.
"I win."
I pressed it into his abdomen and I saw him coughing, he then was launched towards the wall, but contrary to my expectations.
'He really switched with his puppet at the last second.'
But that didn't mean I would let up, I quickly arrived at where he was as he was gasping for air while his puppet lay down on the side.
I kicked his head to knock him out, this should be enough as I need to get ready.
"Hey, he's unconscious I win."
