The barbell was originally 130 kg, but with the addition of two 5 kg plates, it now weighed 140 kg. "Oh my God!" exclaimed Yu Wu, feeling like he had been struck. 

"In our weightlifting team, no one dared to play like this. No one can do it."

Chen Hu, however, was undeterred by Yu Wu's reaction. He began to perform standard squat exercises with the newly loaded barbell. 

"The boss said that after taking the gene drug, you need to exercise adequately, so do a few more sets until you are tired," 

He explained. 

"Besides, the 140 kg barbell is more convenient. In fact, adding 10 kg or even 20 kg should be fine."

Yu Wu and the others watched in awe and confusion as Chen Hu continued with his squats. 

"Try doing squat exercises with a 140 kg barbell?" Yu Wu asked incredulously.
