Raydon muttered, "Well, I hope that I was successful in getting what I wanted this time." He then opened the title panel to check his new sub-skill.

-Spellbound Swiftness (sub-skill): All magic equipment skills with a current cooldown of 10 minutes or less now have further cooldown reductions of 50%.

''Yes!!! '' Raydon was unable to contain his excitement when he finally saw the skill he had been looking for, and he let out a loud cry.

''This is even better than I anticipated, '' he exclaimed.

Raydon was prepared to accept a rate as low as 20%, but when he saw that it was so much higher, he immediately began making calculations.

While he was eagerly calculating the effect of a fifty percent reduction in cooldown time for all of his skills, he suddenly had the realization that, due to the excitement he felt at the time, he had not fully read the description of the skill.
