He addressed Belicia with these words as he walked through the door without even knocking.
"The boss is expecting you."
She entered without hesitating, which suggested that she was not taken aback by the behavior that was being displayed.
As soon as Belicia walked through the door, she was greeted by a room that gave off the impression of being a laboratory. In this room, which was quite large, there was not even a window to be seen; the only illumination came from the strange white light-emitting stones stuck to the ceiling.
There was a great deal of discarded scrolls, crafting tools, and parts of monsters strewn about. She had even seen what appeared to be multiple covered human bodies on the tables that were in the laboratory. The sight that met her eyes caused her to scowl, and just then, she became aware of a voice that drew her attention.
