Alex saw one of the projects he have been working slowly called the Vox machina A machine that can clone people and he hope it could be any species and there magical cores can be replicated but for now humans with no magical core was the progress and right now Alex was gonna witness there 500th test
"Alright the Body is ready to be release" one of the scientist spoke
"Name is Adolf Romandif died due to a execution by firing squad but sign a waiver for his body to be used"
"Soul has been found and extracted and placed at the body complete ready to be released from the pod" the scientist near the control spoke
Soon Alex saw the pod and when a look closer a 30 year old brown haired man was seen and long pipe is connected to his belly button and soon it disconnected and the pod slowly open and the water colored green came rushing from below
The body slugged to the ground and people just stare at it and soon the body twitch and man gasp for air and look around and was agitated but soon the scientist called the guards and placed pills in his mouth that calmed him down and when they check his body for any signs they saw a very small fragment
"Its a success we have good subject to be tested and right now we need that machine to rest"
Alex nodded and saw the success and soon he can increase the population of his empire or just slowly replace the soldiers but for now he gotta deal something tomorrow
"Always remember not to over use it if not we will face an issue" Alex reminded the scientist to not over reach the boundaries and clone a god
Alex soon left the facility and head back to Draconia and rested

Draconia
Alex was in a vehicle were inside were the diplomats of the Principality of Novoros and some blueprints and they were heading to the industrial sector and it was the newly expanded military production

They arrived in the office were the overseer was present and different production manager in the empire and they look at the weapon and one spoke
"This design is quite inferior to ours right?" he ask the other and the others agreed
The main rifle was called Effield-1 Rifle and it can fire 9 shots at maximum and can fire at 2,000 yards and for the machine gun was the mg-47 recoiled operated machine gun and Alex can say it was good since a single person can operate it
"Is it possible to mass produce it?" Ludin Ask since they said that their weapons are superior means that that they bypassed
"Yes it can at most every month we can produce 90,000 and for the ammunition we can produce 700,000 of those but once we get used to it we can produce 1 million"
Alex soon grab the blueprint for the artillery and saw it was 122 meters inch artillery gun and its possible to produce 300 units a month and for the shells it can fire shrapnel and explosive shell and able to produce 100,000 shells a month and soon he decided and speak to them
"Alright by the end of the month we will have the equipment and it can give me ample time and by the end of the month we will be going to that continent" Alex spoke to them and ludin ask
"We gotta warn you the Garbaros emperor see humans inferior ever since the last demon war we lost every time we have to redeem ourselves and blame us for their problems"
Alex clench his hand in anger but controlled d it this is the balance of the world people walk in a borderline of good and evil he cant blame them since this continent people are treated like barbarians
"All right i will meet with my generals and send a letter that support will be arriving" Alex begin planning
A few hours later
Imperial Command Center
Alex arrived in the large building that is almost the size of the pentagon but Alex made it look like a star fortress and large pyramid in the middle were had hangers and some anti air batteries along with long range automated artillery that can defend it and its inner fortress was more deadly it can be made to a maze and has a underground bunker that stored its most important documents and has a tunnel heading to the Imperial palace
Alex arrived in the command center and look at the entrance that had its own trained special forces units and an army to protect it and Alex went to the security checkpoints and was escorted by 4 imperial guards and arrived at the war room were the Grand admiral, high general and air marshal were gathered and waiting and there in front of them the map of pangea and tyrell
"All right gents this is our first time in 2 years we are about to enter a conflict that we decided to intervene because before they were pushed around like toys and when they were given a demand that was to inhumane they denied and they invade but due to their technological advancement they were able to push them off but the garbaros empire called allies to eradicate and now no negotiation is allowed to them so i decided the emperor of the Draconian Empire decided to support them in this war this will be a test of our weapons in the future wars i will be taking 30,000 soldiers since when i look at their war map it was quite hard for us but for now i will lead the army with a fleet"
Everyone nodded and Alex begin asking them
"Admiral what fleet is available to be deployed" he ask the grand admiral who was the first admiral he appointed
"The 1st fleet 1st battle squadron and 3rd patrol squadron to escort our troop ships" the grand admiral spoke
"How long will the be ready?"
"A week they will assembled at the Imperial port Trident and the troop ships"
"High General what are the available soldiers i plan to bring the first batch spartan project soldiers to the war and test their capabilities"
High general Dimitri stood up and right now he had long beard
"We can send half of the 1 corps of the 2nd legion since each legion holds 100,000 soldiers and we can also include our artillery and a company of engineers and 7 forbidden cavalrymen" he finished and everyone began discussing what are the tactics they will use and how many months of deployment and if they can strike a deal to have a military port
"All right by the end of the month which is two weeks our soldiers will assemble at the imperial port and begin departing towards the continent of tyrell and i will speak with the diplomats to acquire a military port so we can load off troops and supplies and we need to bring 100 tons of this materials on the list since they have a large deposit of anti matter ore which is valuable barter for us to mine"
When everyone heard the special ore they begin working in double time since nearly all of there reserves of that metal was put forward in the creation of the military weapons and the armor and engines since Alex knew this is the only way to nullify magic and yes the word magic alex decided since he need t centralize the ranks and begin naming them
Wizard if they focus on defense and use wands and has a more passive power and for the mage they tend to aggressive and use weapons and can cast spells using there weapons and for the last is Sage they can control both sides perfectly but rare and Alex is that sage and decided to create an organization to regulate them but not know
1 week later
Alex was talking to the diplomats in their hotel room
"So i need a land to create a military port so i can drop off soldiers"
He immediately nodded but ask
Soon Alex left the area and head towards imperial port were he stay rest of the week and see the mustering of his army and want to begin planning
Alex was in the private plane and a few hours away from airfield of the port and it was a large port city and it was only military ships allowed to dock
Alex's plane landed and alex saw the fighter plane and sea based planes were also on stand by and bombers and the type of aircraft for the sea called the Oceania plane were it can launch explosive death charges
"Your majesty the car is ready to the mansion" one of the imperial guard came to Alex and saluted
Alex nodded and got on to the car and it drove to the mansion that was already garrisoned by the most elite marines and the imperial guard and the main base of operations was located in the HQ of the Imperial navy
"Sire a day before we depart we will begin loading up soldiers" the admiral that will head the operation is Admiral Ario Flint and Alex planned to stay in his imperial Flagship that was also hidden and dock and it was made out of anti matter and have the most advance tech placed and it was even a mini carrier and it was called DRS Drasia
Alex arrived and head to his room were food was placed near the bed and saw some small stack of paper for im to work on and he begin eat, sleep, shower and work finally sleep and he begin also training since he doesn't know how strong are the elves so he decided fro the rest of the week he will train his body and turn his weakest attack to the strongest
6 days later
Imperial Chaos navy HQ Command room
Alex look at the screen on the table and saw the direction and line of were there getting at the fleet will be comprised of 1 aircraft carrier 3 battleships 2 cruisers 2 destroyer 2 frigates 2 corvettes 2 submarines and that included Alex Flag ship which is the official flag ship
For the patrol fleet that escorts over 32 troops ships that carried 800 soldiers each and for the ships 1 battleship 2 cruiser 4 destroyers and 2 submarines and were are covered by magic distorters planes called iron cloak
Alex finished reading and nodded to the general whos gonna lead the troops when Alex leave the battle after a few weeks
Alex ordered the army to begin loading and soon Alex saw some equipment some are new like the armored personnel carrier and Alex created some tanks but not yet he only created some small tanks but they fire smaller artillery shells
Alex saw some soldiers cleaning their gear and gun and saw some slung their baggage in the back and heading to the ship and Alex head to the top of the tower where it overlooked the fleet and what he saw was majestic ships turning their outer lights on as the night sky light up and the planes roared in the sky keeping the area secure
"Your majesty all men and material have boarded at exactly 12 midnight and the envoys are in the deck of your flagship" an imperial guard appeared behind Alex and knelt
"Alright ill be there and give them the signal to begin departing" Alex responded and the guard slightly nodded and entered his shadow
Soon Alex begin flying towards his ship and saw some soldiers who had family members still continued to wave at the ships they are in and after a 5 minute long flight he arrived at the battleship were he was greeted by the officers and the captain of the ship
"Our majesty" the diplomats bowed since they in shock just looking at the ships and the amount gathered and departing jut frightened them and now they know that they will have to listen to this empires demands
"So is the fleet already leaving" Alex ask
"Yes the frigates are leading and right now were in the middle and placed as the Supreme Flagship" the captain finished as Alex sat on the captains chair and looked outside of the window and saw the ships already leaving and the aircraft carrier launching and landing planes
Alex left the captains chair and head to his room which was quite big and rested
